They serve the best siao long bao.
Simple taste with good service. All dishes taste fine except dry noodle a bit cold.
Extremely satisfied with the service staff and the quality of food. Tried their seasonal sauteed hairy crab roe, truffle honey pea prawn for lunch and left with a very satisfied tummy!

Rare restaurant that serves nice Shanghainese cuisine in Singapore. The dishes I had:
1. Stewed wheat gluten with black fungus and mushroom
2. Xiao long bao
3. Hot & sour soup in sichuan style - finally a place serves the right level of spiciness, sourness and richness version of hot and sour soup
4. Noodle tossed with scallion oil - Can't compare to the ones in Shanghai but definitely one of the top in Singapore
I will be back to try other dishes.

Other dishes I would recommend:
1. Marinated jelly fish head (vinegar) - it's pretty unique that it's in vinegar. Not very sour, and the sweetness is balanced
2. Marinated japanese egg with wine sauce - quite unique flavour from the smoked one. It has hint of sake taste.
3. Red dates stuffed with glutinous rice
4. Stewed pig's hock with oyster sauce - the meat is full of flavour and moist. Just a little bit sweet for me.
5. Sautéed rice cake with shredded pork and vegetable
6. Chilled osmanthus jelly with wolf berries
Other dishes which I had:
1. Marinated black fungus
2. Drunken chicken
3. Crispy sesame pastry stuffed with stir fried minced meat

I had dim sum this time, and my two favourites are:
1. Xiao long bao
2. Pan-fried dumplings

Absolutely recommended is the Sautéed Salted Pork & Preserved ‘Xue Cai’ Vegetable with Flour Skin. The flour skin's texture resembles kway teow.

Since hairy crab is in season, I tried the crab roe xiao long bao, which has incredible umami flavour. However, it's pricey at $12 per piece.
Good food, nice ambience, great service! Nice range of dim sum on the menu that is pretty good. Also offers a good number of Cantonese dishes..
It may not be fair to judge a restaurant by ordering dim sum dishes knowing that’s not what they are known for. Yet I also think if it’s Imperial Treasure and the dish is on the menu, there should be a standard. Simply put, I would not visit again as nothing was worth the calories.
Imperial Treasure Fine Shanghai Cuisine, located in the heart of Orchard area, was an excellent choice for our Chinese New Year gathering. With its convenient location, the restaurant was easily accessible via various modes of …
Be careful not every Imperial Treasure has Peking Duck! This one doesn’t have.
I love the dates dessert as starter. It’s a typical Chinese starter but difficult to find in Singapore. …
Authentic shanghainese food and consistently delivers good food. Went over the long weekend and business was very busy. Had to call and order in advance and food was really good. Must order the sides, truffle pea pods with prawn, smoked duck. Ask for their captain for customised menu for special dinner guests.
